VP SALES AIR – EUROPE
Bharat Sharma is an avid world traveler who brings to his role as Vice President of European Sales a background in sales, marketing and consulting in the airline, travel and technology industries. Before joining CellPoint Mobile, Sharma was Director of Regional Marketing for Sabre Airline Solutions, Marketing Operations Manager for Blue Coat Systems, and Regional Marketing Director for General Electric, all in London. He also has worked as a consulting analyst specializing in business strategy, and as a Systems Design Engineer and Project Manager for BAE Systems.
VP AIRLINES – AMERICAS
Howard Blankenship is VP of Airlines in the Americas region for CellPoint Mobile, a leading global provider of sales and payment-side mobile technology solutions for the airline and travel sectors. Operating from the company’s Dallas location, Howard provides strategic sales and revenue development in North America, Latin America and the Caribbean markets. Prior to joining CellPoint Mobile, Howard spent over 15 years at Sabre Airline Solutions as a Senior Solution Partner supporting large and complex airlines in multi-million-dollar long-term deals. Howard has global leadership, technology and industry experience in Sales & Customer Management organizations. He has also held key positions across Product Management, Marketing, Solutions Delivery and Operations.
VP SALES GROUND & SEA – EUROPE
As VP, Head of Sales, Europe for CellPoint Mobile, Mike Lambrou is overseeing the company's strategic expansion into the European passenger transportation sector, bringing sell-side and payment technology solutions to companies in the rail, ferry, bus, rideshare and associated industries. His deep expertise and industry experience - specifically in European and UK rail - help CellPoint Mobile develop solutions for the unique challenges faced by travel and transportation operators in the region.
VP HOSPITALITY SALES - AMERICAS
Ray Pawley joined the CellPoint Mobile executive team as Vice President, Head of Hospitality Sales for the Americas. Ray leads new partnerships with hospitality companies across the Americas as they look to improve guest experiences and increase revenue opportunities through mobile payment solutions. Ray brings more than 20 years’ experience in helping companies drive growth through the tactical execution of technology, most recently as Vice President at iVvy, a SaaS technology company for events, venues and supplier management.
VP SALES AIR – APAC
Shiraz Malik is CellPoint Mobile's Vice President of Sales for the Asia-Pacific region. Based in Singapore, Shiraz brings to the company a diverse and complementary background spanning nearly two decades in airline IT sales and account management, business development and project management. He has worked in public and government aviation sectors in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Before joining CellPoint Mobile, Shiraz worked as a Solutions Partner for Sabre Airline Solutions' Asia Pacific division in Singapore, IT Sales and Account Manager for Mercator in Dubai, and British Airways Implementation Manager in Heathrow, in charge of IT and process change solutions for 21 of the carrier's world cargo offices in 14 countries.
GLOBAL HEAD OF PRE-SALES
Steve Packwood is CellPoint Mobile’s Global Head of Pre-Sales for Air, Hospitality and Ground. Based in the company’s London office, Steve is responsible for designing solution sets that solve business problems, coordinating sales strategies and efforts across all regions, and ultimately driving value and increasing revenue for CellPoint Mobile’s global customer base. Prior to joining CellPoint Mobile, Steve spent 20 years with Sabre Airlines Solutions, where he held various Marketing and Product Management leadership positions, most recently as Head of Customer Support for EMEA. He has also worked at TravelClick as Program Director for EMEA, and his earlier career included roles in systems development organizations at airlines such as British Airways and American Airlines, and several global hospitality companies.
VP SALES GROUND & SEA – US
Toby Holmes is Vice President of Sales for Ground and Sea for the US. Based in Seattle, Toby drives CellPoint Mobile’s growth in the US passenger transportation sector, targeting rail, ferry, bus, car hire, taxi, and rideshare operations, as well as metro and regional transit systems. With over 20 years of professional strategic sales and business development experience, Toby brings extensive transit payment and fare collection expertise to the company. Prior to joining CellPoint Mobile, Toby was the VP of Sales and Partnerships for Vix Technology where he managed bid response and negotiations to secure major fare collection contracts in transit, including Dallas, Edmonton, and Seattle.
VP PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Urvashi Bhatnagar specializes in project management and application support in areas of mobility and digital transformation for the travel and hospitality sector. In her role at CellPoint Mobile, she heads the PMO and also works individually and with technical architects and business analyst teams to build technical and functional landscapes, roadmaps, operating and governance models. Before joining CellPoint Mobile, Bhatnagar worked as the Application Service Manager-Digital for Emirates, a leading global airline. She was also an IT Project Manager for Infosys, India's premier IT company, and SoftBrands, Infor's hospitality division.
VP PRE-SALES & SOLUTION ARCHITECTURE
Vivek Bhatnagar is a seasoned e-commerce and payments professional in the travel and hospitality sectors. He has a strong background in account and project management, product development and IT. Bhatnagar leads the pre-sales and business analyst teams that ensure the delivery of optimal payment solutions and technologies to the firm's clients. Before joining CellPoint Mobile, Bhatnagar spent six years as an IT Project Manager for Emirates, one of the world's largest airlines, managing projects in the areas of e-commerce, payments, loyalty and PSS. He also held project management, developer and programmer roles for more than five years at Infor's hospitality software division, Softbrands.
Justin Jones serves as CellPoint Mobile's Product Manager in the Pune office. He is a skilled travel and technology professional with career experiences that span commercial strategy, system implementation, product development and management. Before joining CellPoint Mobile, Jones was a Product Owner for Sabre Airline Solutions, specializing in mobile products and Sabre's next-generation online booking and servicing system. He also led online ancillary sales for Gulf Air in Bahrain and worked on booking engines for European and Middle Eastern airlines at the travel startup EB2 in London before its assimilation by Sabre.

A career steeped in software, technology and solutions architecture is the ideal backdrop for Yogesh A. Kane's role as CellPoint Mobile's Head of Professional Services. Based in the Pune office, Kane is responsible for managing the high-quality delivery and value of projects for CellPoint Mobile's customers, with a special focus on products and platforms in the airline and payment domains. He brings nearly two decades of experience in solutions architecture, service delivery, project implementation and enterprise solution management for clients in the travel, telecom, media and customer outreach sectors. He previously held executive and management positions at TIBCO Software Inc., IBM Global Services, Tech Mahindra Ltd and as an independent consultant.
