As Chief Executive Officer of CellPoint Mobile, Kristian Gjerding leads the mobile payments firm as it helps airlines around the world deploy optimal payments solutions and manage the payments ecosystem's shift to the mobile environment. For more than a decade, Gjerding has helped shape the payments ecosystem by helping global airline, payments and trade organizations establish best practices and standards around NFC communications, mobile payments and remote payments, including advisory roles with the International Air Transport Association (IATA), Mobey Forum, National Retail Federation and others. Before joining CellPoint Mobile, Gjerding served in senior executive roles covering technology, wireless and mobile payments solutions at StorageTek, Sun Microsystems, Amdahl, Network Appliance and OIS.
Charles Griffiths, an international business professional, is CellPoint Mobile's Chief Financial Officer, responsible for the company's financial operations in Copenhagen, Dubai, London, Miami, Pune and Singapore. Before joining the mobile payments firm, Griffiths was Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Thermogenesis Corp., Marketing Director at Exide Europe, General Manager of Chloride Group in Zambia, Egypt and Scandinavia, and an Audit Senior with Deloitte & Co.
Jonatan Evald Buus, a technical executive with broad global experience in the wireless/mobile industry, serves as CellPoint Mobile's Chief Technical Officer. Since 2006, he has provided the technical and engineering leadership to enable CellPoint Mobile to build, create and deploy the commerce orchestration platform and specific mobile technologies that power the company's solutions. Buus has been an active contributor to several leading mobile payments best practice groups within Mobey Forum, working with such companies as SWIFT and RBS. Additionally, he has chaired several mobile retail working groups within ARTS to assist in the development of industry standards for retailers across the globe, and he has provided input to the GSMA on such mobile payment initiatives as the TSM standard. Before joining CellPoint Mobile, Jonatan held technology and software positions at Orion Information Services and O2 Media.
As Chief Product Officer of CellPoint Mobile, Viju Varma drives the company’s product strategy, accelerating the development of its technology solutions for travel merchants in all geographies. Mr. Varma has significant expertise in product roadmap development, implementation, technology platform optimization, systems strategy and revenue development and a keen understanding of airlines’ needs, challenges and specific pain points. Varma comes to CellPoint Mobile from Emirates, the world’s fastest-growing airline. His experience in a variety of senior executive roles – ranging from sales and ancillary revenue development to ecommerce and systems and operations – will help CellPoint Mobile to continuously advance its solutions and product lines to meet the specific needs of the travel ecosystem across air, ground-sea and hospitality.

Noel Connolly serves as CellPoint Mobile's Senior Vice President of Global Sales Air & Hospitality, based in the company's Dubai office. To this new role he brings broad experience and a background in sales, process re-engineering, consulting and account management of strategic, enterprise-level solutions for corporate and public-sector clients. Before joining CellPoint Mobile, Connolly worked more than five years as Sales Director in travel network airline distribution for Sabre Travel Network and as a Solution Partner in Sabre's airline solutions division. He also worked as Sales/IT Account Manager for Dnata-Mercator, a leading global provider of air and travel services, and in product solutions, sales, and strategy roles for Xerox and Computershare.
JESPER TRISTAN HARRISHØJ
SVP, GLOBAL HEAD OF SALES GROUND & SEA TRANSPORTATION
Jesper Harrishøj brings deep business expertise and versatility to his role as Senior Vice President and Head of Sales Global Ground & Sea Transportation for CellPoint Mobile. His career has encompassed sales management, new business development, IT, management consulting, marketing and sales at companies that have included EG A/S, MT Højgaard, Right Management, IBM and others. Based in the company’s Copenhagen office, Harrishøj will leverage his experience in sales specialization, strategy and execution to lead the company's sales teams in London, Dubai, Singapore and Miami. He will also shape and lead CellPoint Mobile's entry into the ground transportation market to bring mobile commerce capabilities and payment solutions to national, regional and international rail companies, bus systems, passenger ferries, cruise lines, car rental firms, parking services and other transportation sectors.
SVP, HEAD OF DELIVERY
As Senior Vice President and Head of Delivery, Luijters oversees the global delivery of all CellPoint Mobile projects, with an eye toward high-quality, flawless execution and outstanding customer satisfaction. From a background steeped in the management of highly complex IT projects for the airline industry, he will guide members of the delivery team and all global initiatives, from inception to through deployment, for the company's airline, ground and hospitality clients. Before joining CellPoint Mobile's Copenhagen office, Luijters was a program director for airberlin and held several key positions at Amadeus, including head of Business Intelligence Global Program Delivery, Director of Airline IT Delivery/Americas, and Head of Airline IT PMO. He also has worked for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Cap Gemini and as an independent consultant.

Ripudaman Nanda, a seasoned technology professional who specializes in leadership of multi-disciplinary, multi-vendor teams, serves as Senior Vice President of CellPoint Mobile's operations in Pune, India. His career encompasses project management and consulting experience in manufacturing, IT and technology sectors across the world. Before joining CellPoint Mobile, Nanda was a Manager of technology and performance engineering initiatives with Accenture in London, a Senior Project Manager at TechMahindra, and a Senior Engineer at Neco Schubert and Salzer LTD.
HEAD OF SOFTWARE ENGINEERING
Bhalchandra Patil leads the Software Engineering practice at CellPoint Mobile and is responsible for driving product implementation projects. He brings to CellPoint Mobile 17+ years of software architecture and engineering experience in global technology firms. Before joining the company, Patil led Syntel's Architecture Solutions team, responsible for providing highly scalable, state-of-the-art solutions to clients in the cards and payments, travel and healthcare sectors. At Tech Mahindra, he held various technology consultation and implementation roles, working with global, enterprise mobility clients in the U.S., UK, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Passionate about digital technologies, Patil holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the University of Pune.

Flemming Zahle brings to his role more than 28 years of experience in the IT sector, with a strong emphasis on strategic consulting, business operations including global expansion of teams and offices including internal business excellence. He joined CellPoint Mobile in 2014 to oversee operations, product delivery and project implementation with key clients in the ground and air transportation sectors. Prior to CellPoint Mobile, he held leadership positions at major global firms, including Intel, Fujitsu, Philips, Columbus and HighJump (now TrueCommerce). In those roles, he was responsible for all phases of analysis, design, development, implementation, product management, information management and collaboration, infrastructure consulting and outsourcing. As a strategy and technology advisor, he also helped clients in the U.S., Europe and Asia to create cross-geography business opportunities and to leverage advantages through technology and services.
