As Chief Executive Officer of CellPoint Mobile, Kristian Gjerding leads the mobile payments firm as it helps airlines around the world deploy optimal payments solutions and manage the payments ecosystem's shift to the mobile environment. For more than a decade, Gjerding has helped shape the payments ecosystem by helping global airline, payments and trade organizations establish best practices and standards around NFC communications, mobile payments and remote payments, including advisory roles with the International Air Transport Association (IATA), Mobey Forum, National Retail Federation and others. Before joining CellPoint Mobile, Gjerding served in senior executive roles covering technology, wireless and mobile payments solutions at StorageTek, Sun Microsystems, Amdahl, Network Appliance and OIS.
Charles Griffiths, an international business professional, is CellPoint Mobile's Chief Financial Officer, responsible for the company's financial operations in Copenhagen, Dubai, London, Miami, Pune and Singapore. Before joining the mobile payments firm, Griffiths was vice president of marketing and sales at Thermogenesis Corp., marketing director at Exide Europe, general manager of Chloride Group in Zambia, Egypt and Scandinavia, and an audit senor with Deloitte & Co.
Knud Skriver, whose long Copenhagen career spans sales, account management, technology solutions and programming, is CellPoint Mobile's Area Manager-Nordic. For the past 15 years, he has worked primarily in the finance sector as the Denmark country manager for SMT Data A/S, Amdahl and EMC. His areas of specialty include client relationship management, and enterprise-level sales of IT and technical solutions across numerous industries. He has held previous sales and account management positions in Denmark at StorageTek, Fujitsu Siemens Computers, CMA Computers, Memorex, Control Data and others.
Jonatan Evald Buus, a technical executive with broad global experience in the wireless/mobile industry, serves as CellPoint Mobile's Chief Technical Officer. Since 2006, he has provided the technical and engineering leadership to enable CellPoint Mobile to build, create and deploy the commerce orchestration platform and specific mobile technologies that power the company's solutions. Buus has been an active contributor to several leading, mobile payments best practice groups within Mobey Forum, working with such companies as SWIFT and RBS. Additionally he has chaired several mobile retail working groups within ARTS to assist in the development of industry standards for retailers across the globe, and he has provided input to the GSMA on such mobile payment initiatives as the TSM standard. Before joining CellPoint Mobile, Jonatan held technology and software positions at Orion Information Services and O2 Media.

Ripudaman Nanda, a seasoned technology professional who specializes in leadership of multi-disciplinary, multi-vendor teams, serves as Senior Vice President of CellPoint Mobile's operations in Pune, India. His career encompasses project management and consulting experience in manufacturing, IT and technology sectors across the world. Before joining CellPoint Mobile, Nanda was a Manager of technology and performance engineering initiatives with Accenture in London, a senior project manager at TechMahindra, and senior engineer at Neco Schubert and Salzer LTD.
SVP, Global Sales Air
Noel Connolly serves as CellPoint Mobile's Senior Vice President and Global Head of Sales/Air, based in the company's Dubai office. To this new role he brings broad experience and a background in sales, process re-engineering, consulting and account management of strategic, enterprise-level solutions for corporate and public-sector clients. Before joining CellPoint Mobile, Connolly worked more than five years as Sales Director in travel network airline distribution for Sabre Travel Network and as a Solution Partner in Sabre's airline solutions division. He also worked as Sales/IT Account Manager for Dnata-Mercator, a leading global provider of air and travel services, and in product solutions, sales, and strategy roles for Xerox and Computershare.
Shiraz Malik is CellPoint Mobile's Vice President of Sales for the Asia-Pacific region. Based in Singapore, Shiraz brings to the company a diverse and complementary background spanning nearly two decades in airline IT sales and account management, business development and project management. He has worked in public and government aviation sectors in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Before joining CellPoint Mobile, Shiraz worked as a Solutions Partner for Sabre Airline Solutions' Asia Pacific division in Singapore, IT Sales and Account Manager for Mercator in Dubai, and British Airways Implementation Manager in Heathrow, in charge of IT and process change solutions for 21 of the carrier's world cargo offices in 14 countries.
VP PRE-SALES & SOLUTION ARCHITECTURE
Vivek Bhatnagar is a seasoned e-commerce and payments professional in the travel and hospitality sectors. He has a strong background in account and project management, product development and IT. Bhatnagar leads the pre-sales and business analyst teams that ensure the delivery of optimal payment solutions and technologies to the firm's clients. Before joining CellPoint Mobile, Bhatnagar spent six years as an IT project manager for Emirates, one of the world's largest airlines, managing projects in the areas of e-commerce, payments, loyalty and PSS. He also held project management, developer and programmer for more than five years at Infor's hospitality software division, Softbrands.
VP PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Urvashi Bhatnagar specializes in project management and application support in areas of mobility and digital transformation for the travel and hospitality sector. In her role as a Vice President of Project Management, she heads the PMO and also works individually and with technical architects and business analyst teams to build technical and functional landscapes, road maps, operating and governance models. Before joining CellPoint Mobile, Bhatnagar worked as the Application Service Manager-Digital for Emirates, a leading global airline. She was also an IT project manager for Infosys, India's premier IT company, and SoftBrands, Info's hospitality division.
HEAD OF SOFTWARE ENGINEERING
Bhalchandra Patil leads the Software Engineering practice at CellPoint Mobile and is responsible for driving product implementation projects. He brings to CellPoint Mobile 17+ years of software architecture and engineering experience in global technology firms. Before joining the company, Patil led Syntel's Architecture Solutions team, responsible for providing highly scalable, state-of-the-art solutions to clients in the cards and payments, travel and healthcare sectors. At Tech Mahindra, he held various technology consultation and implementation roles, working with global, enterprise mobility clients in the U.S., UK, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Passionate about digital technologies, Patil holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the University of Pune.

Flemming Zahle brings to his role as Director of Service Delivery and Operations more than 25 years of experience in the IT sector, with a strong emphasis on strategic consulting, business operations and service delivery in support of client engagement excellence. He joined CellPoint Mobile in 2014 to oversee operations, product delivery and project implementation with key clients in the ground and air transportation sectors. Prior to CellPoint Mobile, he held leadership positions at major global firms, including Intel, Fujitsu, Philips, Columbus and HighJump (now TrueCommerce). In those roles, he was responsible for all phases of analysis, design, development, implementation, product management, information management and collaboration, infrastructure consulting and outsourcing. As a strategy and technology advisor, he also helped clients in the U.S., Europe and Asia create cross-geo business opportunities and leverage advantages through technology and services.
