Gerald Kitchen's appointment to the CellPoint Mobile Advisory Board is based on his worldwide reputation as an expert on cards and payments. For more than two decades, he has held leadership positions spanning the credit card industry, payments processing, commercial due diligence, pre- and post-sale strategies, venture investing and private equity. He also has been involved in numerous industry payments-related advancements, including the roll-out of new card-related and payment technologies, and the evolution of mobile payments. Kitchen has worked with payment companies, retailers, payments processors and entrepreneurs in the UK, Europe, Australia and South Africa, primarily through previous executive roles at Visa, MasterCard, WorldPay, Secure Trading and Barclaycard. In his current role as a Principal at GDC Global, Kitchen provides stakeholders and clients with insights and opportunities about financial technologies ("fintech"), the increasingly complex payments ecosystem and the global shift to mobile payments.
Anthony Nutt joins the CellPoint Mobile Advisory Board after a robust career in UK investments and asset management. During his 18 years at Jupiter Asset Management, Nutt built a reputation for sound investment as manager of the £2bn Jupiter Income Trust, which he oversaw from 2000-2013. When he retired from Jupiter in 2014, Nutt was Head of UK equities and manager of the Jupiter Dividend and Growth Investment Trust. Before joining Jupiter in 1996, Nutt served as a director of TSB Investment Management and Robert Fleming Asset Management.
Harry Douglas Hill
Harry Douglas Hill, a chartered surveyor by training, brings to the CellPoint Mobile Advisory Board more than 40 years of experience managing large UK firms and spinoff companies that specialize in real estate, finance and technology. From 1988-2008, Hill served as CEO of Countrywide PLC, building it into Europe's largest estate agency and property services business until its sale for over £1bn in 2008. At Countrywide, Hill also oversaw the creation and subsequent initial public offering (IPO) of Rightmove Plc, a joint venture of the UK's four largest property agent firms, and the spinoff of Chesnara Plc, a holding company specializing in life and pension books in the UK and Western Europe. For nine years, Hill also held non-executive director positions at Jupiter Second Split plc, and currently holds non-executive board positions at Landwood Group, Chartered Surveyors and LPA Receivers, and Clarke Hillyer, an East London commercial property agency. He is also deputy chairman of Learning Technologies Group plc, CEO of Hunters Plc and chairman of Rachel Bates Interiors LTD.
