System Programmer - Mainframe Sr Z Series
Operating System Engineer-ITD – GD

Job description
Cellpoint Mobile seeks a Systems Programmer. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, hands-on individual who possesses professional engineering skills and the ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure under pressure. Additionally, the candidate should be a team player with excellent communication skills, aggressive diagnostic abilities and creative problem-solving skills. Technical agility, project planning skills, an ability to put together engineering designs and solid business/technical proposals are additional requirements for the position.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • A minimum of five years’ hands-on experience with z/OS systems programming maintenance/installation, JES2, IBM program product installation, and independent software vendor (ISV) installation
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communications skills, and ability to work as a team member are essential
  • Project management skills (using MS Project)
  • Thorough knowledge of SMP/E and experience with IBM RACF, CA/ACF2, or CA Top Secret desired
  • z/OS: z/OS, OS/390, JES2, VTAM, SMP/E, RACF, HCD, Sysplex : Applied
  • Storage : Knowledge of Catalogs, IDCAMS, : z/OS, Utilities : Applied
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology

Chief Engineer and Architect

Cellpoint Mobile is looking for a Chief Engineer and Architect who will also oversee Engineering and Software Development Operations and System Test and Integration.

The Chief Engineer is responsible for the creation of technical solutions to client problems, and collaborates with both the Lead Systems Integrator and the client in the design, development and use of client system software. The Chief Engineer also serves as the principal technical representative to the Systems Software Management Organization and provides product engineering direction in support of client goals and objectives. Responsible for horizontal integration of client architecture and SW development, the Chief Engineer analyzes client system architectural requirements, determines architectural alternatives and provides guidance to the client engineering team to implement, verify, integrate, test, and deploy client components and systems.

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • At least five years’ experience with systems engineering
  • At least five years’ experience with large systems modernization and business practice reengineering
  • At least five years’ experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML)
  • At least five years’ experience with Rational Unified Process (RUP)
  • English fluency
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years direct hands-on experience performing z/OS systems programming maintenance/installation, JES2, IBM program product installations, and independent software vendor (ISV) installations
  • Thorough knowledge of SMP/E

Senior SAP Netweaver Architect

Cellpoint Mobile is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Netweaver Architect who will be responsible for innovative business consulting, business process design, systems integration, and application design and management. The ideal candidate will possess strong team leader experience and the ability to converse as a peer with business users to understand their underlying business requirements.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Associate's degree or college diploma
  • At least five years’ experience with Netweaver architecture methods and practices
  • At least five years’ experience with enterprise infrastructure and Netweaver architecture solutioning in UNIX or Windows environments
  • At least five years’ experience with SAP Netweaver environment, components, modules, and capabilities
  • At least five years’ experience with Netweaver full project life cycle and sustainment
  • At least five years’ experience with detailed design elements to Functional, BASIS, ABAP, Java and Web developers, and conversely integrate their designs into the overall solution design
  • At least five years’ experience producing mission critical architecture solutions for Netweaver and non-SAP systems to support 24/7, highly available, clustered environments, including interfacing and mapping between SAP and non-SAP systems
  • English fluency
